Course level: Beginner. Designed for participants with no prior experience who want to learn foundation of Nutrition and cookery in Ayurveda. English knowledge is preferable, however, translator is available.
About the Course
The aim of an Ayurvedic nutrition and cookery course is to teach students how to cook and eat according to Ayurvedic principles in order to support the body's natural, healthy balance. Through a series of hands-on workshops, you will experience the principles of Ayurvedic cooking in an interactive and immersive setting. Study time is 30% of theory and 70% of practice across the course of study.
What is the Nutrition and cookery Course about?
Ayurvedic nutrition and cookery emphasize maintaining digestive fire (Agni) by cooking with mindful intentions and utilizing a variety of spices. Among the principles to follow are cooking with a positive mindset, avoiding unwell food combinations, and eating mindfully and regularly.

Half payment should be transferred 4 months prior to the course start, and the rest of the balance should be paid in place. Bank transfers are accepted.

- All theory and practical training: 6 days a week (Sunday off);
