Course level: Beginner. Designed for participants with no prior experience who want to learn foundational Ayurvedic beauty treatments. English knowledge is preferable; however, a translator is available.

Course schedule

In the following immersive two-week training, you will:

1. Discover the principles of Ayurvedic skincare and beauty care.
2. Examine Ayurvedic classic texts on skin, hair, and beauty
3. Get hands-on practical training in authentic Ayurvedic beauty treatments.
4. Learn how to create and use natural products of oils, scrubs, and herbal face masks to treat common hair and skin problems.
5. Master the face massage techniques
6. Become confident in anti-aging programs featuring Ayurvedic facials and revitalizing hair treatments for scalp and hair health.

Cost of the course and methods of payment

€ 1000 — Single room (single occupancy)

€ 800 — Sharing room (double occupancy)

Payment Details:

Half payment should be transferred 4 months prior to the course start, and the rest of the balance should be paid in place. Bank transfers are accepted.

Included:

• All theory and practical training: 6 days a week (Sunday off);

• Accommodation in a single or double room with a private bathroom;

• Three full meals a day, plus freshly squeezed juices and tea;

• Wi-Fi throughout the hotel;

• Individual consultation with an Ayurvedic specialist and preparation of a detailed treatment plan;

• Ayurvedic treatments during the training period;

• Access to the library:

• Yoga practices.
