Ayurveda vs. Modern Medicine

If we compare Ayurveda to modern medicine, we can observe that while modern medicine primarily treats the symptoms, Ayurveda identifies and eliminates the root cause of a disease to maintain overall health. There are no “magical rituals” in Ayurvedic practices. Instead, massage, oils, daily routines, and proper nutrition profoundly affect the body's vital functions.

Having personally tried many traditional Ayurvedic methods, I have noticed that they provide the body with significant additional energy and strength.

I hope our meeting on this site was no accident. Here, you can discover Ayurveda as the science of a noble and harmonious life. By creating harmony within yourself and your surroundings, you can share it with others, making the world a better place.

See you on the course!
